Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Plicko at plicko.co. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

Plicko is a free daily sports pick'em game. Each day we post 5 games with spreads. Users pick the ATS winner for each game and assign a confidence ranking. Points are awarded based on correct picks and confidence level. Plicko is for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money wagering.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Plicko. By using the Service you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 13 we will terminate their account and delete their data immediately.

Your Account

You sign in to Plicko using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Plicko for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the game in any way
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or database
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Plicko game, design, or branding

Intellectual Property

Plicko, including its name, logo, game design, visual design, and all content, is the exclusive property of Plicko. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Plicko without our express written permission.

No Real Money Gambling

Plicko is a free entertainment game only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Points and trophies have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

Accuracy of Sports Data

We use third-party APIs to provide game data and spreads. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Plicko is not responsible for errors in game data, spreads, or grading.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Plicko at any time, without notice, for any reason including if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Plicko is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plicko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Plicko after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
